Frank Rubino has been practicing Federal Criminal Law for 36 years. He represents individuals and business charged with serious federal white collar crimes, as well as cases before the International Criminal Court at The Hague.
Frank Rubino has tried many high-profile cases. He was the lead attorney for General Noriega of Panama and a member of the International Defense Team that secured an acquittal for one of the two Libyan agents in the Lockerbie case. He also obtained and acquittal for General Fahmy, head of the Egyptian Air Force, charged with selling TOW Missiles to Uganda.
Mr. Rubino has experience representing those accused of Medicare fraud, mortgage fraud, investment fraud and other white collar crimes. From his home office in Miami, Florida, he travels to all federal districts in the country.
He has been featured on 60 Minutes, Nightline, Good Morning America, Larry King Live, 20/20 and CNN. He has lectured for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), American Bar Association, International Academy of Trial lawyers, and many local and State Bar seminars.
