Frank A. Rubino, Esq. has tried many high-profile cases. He was the lead attorney for General Noriega of Panama and a member of the International Defense Team that secured an acquittal for one of the two Libyan agents in the Lockerbie case. He also obtained and acquittal for General Fahmy, head of the Egyptian Air Force, charged with selling TOW Missiles to Uganda.
Mr. Rubino has experience representing those accused of Medicare fraud, mortgage fraud, investment fraud and other white collar crimes. From offices in Miami and Houston, he travels to all federal districts in the country.
